Story: Based on a popular TV series, this film noir follows San Francisco police lieutenant Ben Guthrie as he hunts down an international drug-smuggling ring. The criminals, led by the cold-blooded psychopath Dancer and his eccentric mentor Julian, use unsuspecting tourists to smuggle heroin into the country, stopping at nothing—including murder—to retrieve their contraband.
